Search feature not working on global messages and getting errors on chat search

I'm loving WhatsApp Business, it's a great app! However, I've noticed a problem with the status updates. When a new story is uploaded,it doesn't show up at the top like it's supposed to. Instead, it gets buried below older stories. This makes it hard to keep track of updates. Can you please fix this issue? It would be great if the most recent stories appeared at the top, so users can easily see the latest updates. Thanks!

Why are songs in Ghana but showing on the WhatsApp business unlike that of normal WhatsApp ? It would be good every song be available to help us have good experience.

By updating it is very good but the status update is not working well please try to get it fixed

Well WhatsApp B is a great App, thanks for bringing such an Amazin App for the futures, and there’s one thing wrong with this app bout the addition on songs that you can add the song u want but can hear the song u want can you please check bout it cause we want all songs to be available on the app not only songs that we never heard before therefore we want all songs to be played play that’s all what am asking for now please do something bout it me and my homies ain’t happy bout it at all

Why is there no Nigeria Afro music music on WhatsApp business

This update is so annoying, firstly viewed status should go down as expected but no it will be there even some posted earlier will be above the new ones and again I can’t fold viewed post. The muted status are no where to be found, even when you delete your post some people will still see it, is this GB WhatsApp in disguise???????

This new update has a problem particularly on archived messages. The essence of archiving a chat or group is to ensure that the message doesn’t pop up anymore until you visit the in the archived but with this update, archived messages still unarchives themselves when messages comes from them. It’s annoying.

However, the notification *"This chat is now locked and hidden"* (or similar) that appears after locking a chat feels unnecessary and counterintuitive. Since the action is user-initiated, the prompt doesn’t add value—it only creates extra steps to dismiss it. Could you consider removing this confirmation or making it optional in settings? The app is for bussiness but when there is too many messages it freezes why? Every app is not like that only WhatsApp is like that . Please you can do better

Now I can’t even view status properly as it’s just scattered You guys should make the updating thing optional please The status I’ve viewed and the one I haven’t is mixed It’s really annoying Please fix it!, or rather make updating the app optional !

I use WhatsApp business as normal WhatsApp for my 2nd number, when I was trying to put up a status I tried searching for my favourite songs but didn’t find them. And I only saw them on normal WhatsApp. Sometimes for business people don’t use normal sounds, please add options to add other songs except those selected musics.

There’s a problem with this app whenever I try to change my organization’s phone number. It keeps saying “WhatsApp is currently unavailable. Please try again in an hour.” This has become very bothersome, and the developer needs to fix it as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

I love using Business WhatsApp, but I'm missing one key feature - full music access. Currently, I can only access instrumental sounds, which is limiting. I wish I could access all music on Business WhatsApp, just like on the regular WhatsApp app. Please consider updating this feature to enhance our experience. Thank you!

After I updated my WhatsApp 2 days ago, it is just doing rubbish, all the statuses I viewed wasn’t going to viewed status, it’s just remain up and newly status wasn’t showing at all, it’s just frustrating 😥😥
